Situation

Regional specialty brick and mortar retailer wanted to scale their business into a much larger endeavor. 

Task

Create the infrastructure and documentation needed to support an internet driven marketplace.

Action

Secured an excellent domain and built a web-based store.  Developed the required operating documentation and go-to-market infrastructure. Advanced SEO steps were taken to boost link popularity and traffic. Marketplace relationships were established that enabled adding white label branded merchandise to be sold to enhance margins. 

Result

Sales grew as a result of customers ordering from 158 different countries. The company became the largest of its kind in North America. Eventually the company was sold to an investor group for 3 times the trailing 12-month revenue.
